Our Implementation Maturity™ Methodology takes an AGILE approach to implementing Enterprise Applications. This approach has a major differentiator from the waterfall approach in that it allows you to define the business requirements and implement the resulting iterative design when you have the right information and people to make informed decisions. The methodology approaches each process and breaks it down into smaller “sprints”. Sprints have many advantages, such as the introduction of an interactive design process on top of a base best practice and standard functionality. In addition, Sprints allows for easy visualization of the solution, interactive build and test cycles along with frequent Q-gates. However, the biggest advantage is drawing the user into the process and allowing them to visualize and test system processes throughout the implementation, inherently introducing change management, and in doing so, significantly increasing user adoption and buy-in.
