Business Maturity
We like to think of your business as a high performance racing machine – a perfect balance of power, handling, technology and skill. When all of these things work well together the results are awe-inspiring. When one aspect fails the results can be hazardous.
Business Maturity allows organizations to drive towards business value and harness the power of an integrated environment by managing the four elements to maturity.

Organizations that are slow to react to changing market conditions are experiencing low Business Maturity levels. Some typical symptoms include: a significant mistrust in the information from their systems, limited real-time information to adjust and change to the turns in the road, frustrated people (users) that don’t know what they don’t know and limited visibility on key metrics, such as inventory, service levels and process performance.
These organizations are stuck in first gear. Every time the leadership steps on the gas to move forward, there is a lot of engine noise but little movement. Business Maturity (or fourth gear) is achieved by carefully and deliberately building various Elements of Maturity throughout the organization.
